We have a selection of  Change4Life  challenges that are designed to be fun and to fit in with family life.  Change4Life  is all about making small, easy changes to your life that will eventually make a big difference to your family's health and happiness.

Choose a couple or challenges - see how you and your family get on with them then come back next week for more inspiration.

c4l logo five a day Eat a rainbow : Get your children to find fruit and veg of difference colours at the supermarket then aim to get the same variety of fruit and veg on their plates.

Make today "Family spring cleaning day"
Give everyone a job (or two), put on your favourite music, roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

Give the frying pan a week off - grill or bake all your meals instead.

Many hands make light work: Each time you prepare a meal over the coming week, find one job for the kids too - even if it's just spreading their own toast in the morning.

Look at the portion sizes that your family eats - do all your family need the same amount?
